We decided to take Logan to visit Santa. Luckily, our community does a small event with a "sleigh ride" and a visit with Santa. I don't think we would have survived if we had to wait in line for a mall Santa. The bonus is that it was free to take pictures with Santa.
We arrived early so we didn't have to wait for ever. Logan wasn't really into waiting. As we were waiting in line, an "elf" gave Logan a glow-in-the-dark bracelet. He wasn't really into it.

After we took a very uncomfortable sleigh ride, we finally got to go get in the short line to meet Santa and take some pictures. Logan was sick of waiting in line. I can't even imagine what it would have been like if we went to the mall to do this.
Logan was great. We thought maybe he would be like many other kids and start to cry. But he let Santa ask him some questions. He was a little shy and didn't really answer, but at least there were no tears.
We got Logan to sit on his lap with the "bribe" of a candy cane. As you can see in the pictures, Logan was way more into the candy cane than Santa. All in all, they are great first pics with Santa.
