Since it was the first day of summer vacation and my summer job of "stay-at-home-mom", I decided to start it off with something fun and outdoors. Some other moms I knew were having a "playdate". I thought we should go.
Clarksville is a section of Austin near 11th St., just in from MoPac. There is a park/splashpad there. The kids had a great time. I am sure I will go back again this summer.
This was the story of Logan Andrew. Born on July 2, 2009 at 3:14 am (yes, for you geeks, Logan was born at pi) He weighed in 6 pounds and 15 ounces. He measured in at 20 1/2 inches. However, it is now the story of Tiny as well. Scarlet Grace was born on March 3rd, 2012. She also weighed 6 lbs 15 ounces. She was 19 3/4 inches long.

Show Week at The Little Gym
This past Saturday was the awards ceremony at The Little gym where Logan has been taking classes on Saturday mornings. Here are some videos of the class.
It wasn't all good tumbling. There was a bunch of this...
and some of this...
But, in the end, Logan got his medal, although I am not so sure he was all that excited about it.
Here is a group photo of Logan's class. We have one more class, then Logan is off for the summer. He will return in the fall to be a funny bug once more.

Siblings That Paint Together...
Yesterday Logan asked if he could paint. I said sure. So, we got out the paints. Of course, when Logan does something, Scarlet wants to do it too. It was a messy, but very cute adventure!
Mother's Day
Mother's Day this year was extra special because I have two fabulous kiddos to spend it with. Kevin, Logan, and Scarlet took me out to breakfast at The Egg & I. It was super tasty. Then, we just hung out for the rest of the day. I moved the sandbox so my kids could play in it. Hopefully no more ants. Scarlet showed us she can climb the slide by herself. Kevin took some fun shots of me and the kids. It was a wonderful Mother's day.
